Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in STEM with 2+ years digital electronics design experience or a Masters in STEM.
• Digital circuit design experience, including simulation & schematic capture through test and integration.
• Hands-on prototyping and debug experience for complex digital subsystems (FPGAs, embedded processors, high-speed interfaces).
• Ability to lead projects with 2 or fewer team members and translate requirements into hardware specs.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop digital hardware products for radar, EW, and communications applications.
• Lead hardware teams to translate system performance specs into FPGA implementations.
• Prototype, test, and debug complex digital subsystems and circuit cards.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and program management across the lifecycle.
