Job description

Riptronix is seeking a customer-focused team player for an on-site role in a mission-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, capable of collaborating across multiple teams during the design process.

We are currently hiring Information Assurance Hardware Design Engineers, specializing in FPGA architecture, design, development, and verification for cryptographic products. The hardware engineer will work closely with software and system engineers to conceptualize, document, design, code, verify, and debug ASIC, FPGA, and embedded firmware for cryptographic solutions. The candidate should be adaptable, motivated, customer-oriented, able to lead a small team, and willing to mentor others while learning new technologies.

Qualifications:

• Must possess an active TS/SCI Clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph
• Assist in designing new products and processes, as well as improving and maintaining existing products

• Coordinate with engineering personnel to ensure project completion
• Experience with VHDL, Verilog, or SystemVerilog for design and verification

• Experience with Xilinx, Intel, Lattice, and Microsemi FPGAs and related tools
• Experience with HDL simulation tools like QuestaSim or ModelSim
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to less experienced engineers
• Experience with full lifecycle FPGA design, including Partial Reconfiguration, LVDS, and HSS
