Job summary

RTX is seeking a Production Worker S4 (Production Specialist) in the FPA area at our Goleta, CA facility. This onsite role requires working in a Class 100 cleanroom and wearing a bunny suit, with shift 1st from 6AM to 2:30PM and negotiable in Goleta.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of cleanroom production experience, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with MS Office (Excel). U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 4 years of production experience in cleanroom or equivalent.
• U.S. citizenship required for access to program/contract.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Active participation in a Safety-First work environment.
• Operate equipment in a Class 100 cleanroom and follow procedures.
• Document data in travelers and electronic databases.
• Multitask within the assigned work cell and support teams.
