URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Bloomington FP Movement store.

This role supports selling, service, and operations to create an environment founded on fitness, wellness and happiness, while collaborating with leadership to develop the team. Responsibilities include leading customer-centric service, managing events, and ensuring store visuals and omni-channel processes meet FP Movement standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support selling, service, and operations to deliver an inspiring FP Movement environment.
• Lead by example in customer service and styling recommendations to hit store goals.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and retention of talent.
• Ensure omni-channel ordering and store visuals align with FP Movement standards.
