You will collaborate with leadership to drive engagement, coach the team, and deliver personalized service while managing visual standards and store processes. Strong communication and a passion for FP Movement are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Act as brand ambassador and deliver engaging visual experiences.
• Lead in delivering personalized service and product recommendations to build relationships.
• Support Store Manager in recruiting, onboarding and talent development.
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, payroll, stock placement, and omni-channel order processing.
