Qualifications

• 1+ years store leadership experience
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to prioritize customer service and styling recommendations to drive store metrics
• Participate as manager-on-duty with strong decision-making and multitasking
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention of top talent to build bench for the store
• Sustain daily operating standards including sales forecasting, scheduling, and payroll
• Collaborate with partners to manage shipment processing, restocking, and product placement
• Uphold safety standards and inventory accuracy to protect store profitability
• Communicate effectively to ensure daily brand messaging and events are executed
