Job summary

FP Movement in Washington, DC is seeking a Key Holder to join the store leadership team. You will help supervise daily operations, drive sales, and create an engaging customer experience aligned with FP Movement’s brand values.

You will mentor team members, manage the floor, assist with events, and ensure accurate inventory and seamless omni-channel service, including nights, weekends and holidays shifts if needed.

Qualifications

• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the brand.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations and drive sales while prioritizing service.
• Lead engaging customer experiences and promote brand events.
• Mentor and develop Stylist team; share product knowledge and messaging.
• Ensure omni-channel orders are processed accurately and on time.
