Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects company values; partners with the store leadership team on an engaging experience that appeals to FP Movement customers.
• Creates selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience; encourages the team to build relationships through personalized service and product recommendations.
• Promotes FP Movement events and drives engagement; supports events in collaboration with fitness and wellness partners.
• Uses technology to stay informed on in-store and online events and offers to enhance the omni-channel customer experience.
• Supports store management by executing daily operations, maintaining visual standards, and upholding safety and inventory controls.
