Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Business Analytics, or related field; MBA a plus.
• CPA/CMA or other professional certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, reporting, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience with TM1, IBM Planning Analytics, Power BI, SQL, Python a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; cross-functional collaboration.
• Homebuilding/real estate or FP&A in a public company is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Forecast review and model validation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Develop, maintain, and support TM1 and Excel-based reporting tools and templates.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reporting for executive leadership and operational analyses.
• Convert recurring ad-hoc requests into standardized reporting solutions and improve efficiency.
• Maintain documentation for reporting processes, model structures, and controls.
• Provide reporting support and training for end-users on TM1 and Excel tools.
• Assist with requirements gathering and adherence to change management policies.
