Lightly AG, a Zurich-based AI company, is seeking experienced FP&A professionals for a remote, project-based contractor role. You will design realistic FP&A tasks, build reference solutions, and evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and business relevance.

This fully remote, part-time assignment offers $400 USD per accepted task, with typical tasks taking 5–6 hours, equating to $67–$80 per hour. Flexible hours and varied projects provide exposure to advanced AI-driven financial workflows.

Competenze

• 5+ years of FP&A experience with strong financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills with transparent formulas.
• Own or support FP&A processes including budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Ability to build and evaluate scenario-based financial models.
• Excellent written English communication and concise memos.
• Independent reconciling of complex data across sources.
• Ability to define evaluation criteria and acceptance criteria.
• Attention to detail and applying evaluation guidelines.
