Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking an FP&A Systems Finance Analyst to join the Financial Transformation project, with a primary focus on the Planning workstream and supporting forecasting and long-range planning. You will help deliver system enhancements across the enterprise planning ecosystem and drive platform adoption.

As part of the role, you will liaise between Finance, HR, and Digital Technology to deliver scalable solutions, improve user experience, and identify AI opportunities while ensuring data

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Finance/FP&A experience.
• Experience supporting financial planning and forecasting processes.
• Finance systems expertise and experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple priorities with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance planning platforms and deliver scalable solutions.
• Support monthly forecasts, annual budgets, workforce planning, and long-range planning.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across planning systems.
• Drive process optimization and automation to improve forecast accuracy.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and change management across global teams.
• Provide user training and documentation on planning processes.
