Job summary

Sprout Social is seeking an FP&A Systems and AI Manager to lead Pigment-based planning, data integration, and AI-enabled finance workflows. You will build and optimize budgeting, forecasting, and headcount models while training partners to operate independently.

You will own data pipelines, integrate with NetSuite, Salesforce, and TeamOhana, and champion AI-driven improvements across the FP&A team. A hands-on, systems-builder mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Pigment architecture, formula logic, workflow design, and admin tasks.
• 3-5+ years implementing Pigment or similar FP&A planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Planning).
• Experience building data integrations between an EPM platform and external systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, HRIS/headcount tools).
• Experience with SQL and understanding data flows, integrations, and governance across finance systems.
• Excellent communication and ability to train non-technical business partners to build models, dashboards, reports.
• Genuine interest applying AI and automation to finance workflows and new use cases.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve Pigment workflows for budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning.
• Train finance partners to build their own models, dashboards, and reports.
• Hands-on modeling in Pigment to support planning cycles and ad hoc analysis.
• Own Pigment data pipelines and integrations with NetSuite, TeamOhana, Salesforce.
• Act as FP&A AI evangelist by leveraging Pigment AI agents and Claude integrations.
• Provide ongoing troubleshooting and documentation for Pigment users.
