Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration with graduation in Dec 2027 or May 2028.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Outgoing, energetic and self-motivated.
• Able to articulate well, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability and desire to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve financial models, reports, and systems related to bi-weekly Flash processes.
• Analyze variances and explain key drivers.
• Prepare summaries for senior leadership and Office of the Chair.
• Interact with teams to provide deliverables and drive efficiency.
• Support team members as needed and participate in forecast calls.
• Manage a special project to present to executives at internship end.
