Turner Construction Company is seeking an accomplished FP&A leader in New York, NY to oversee consolidated plans, forecasts, and strategic analytics. The role drives automation, digital transformation, and a high-performing FP&A organization across 40+ offices and multiple companies.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 12+ years in accounting/finance, GAAP/IFRS knowledge, and strong leadership to influence executives. Regular travel is expected, with a salary range $172k–$220k in NYC.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited program required with extensive experience in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience developing financial planning strategies and communicating implications.
• Ability to lead teams, coach staff, and collaborate with executives.
• Proven ability to implement policies, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead monthly forecasts, annual plans, and multi-year projections across 40+ offices and multiple companies.
• Translate forecasted financial statements into parent company formats.
• Lead streamlined close procedures, forecasting, and reporting, identifying automation opportunities.
• Direct long-term strategic planning with forward-looking narratives for 3-year outlooks and executive materials.
• Leverage financial systems to extract, validate, and model data with advanced analytics.
• Identify financial risks through predictive and trend analysis.
• Lead development of advanced analytics, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools for executives.
• Manage profitability metrics including backlog, revenue, margin, working capital, and cash flow.
• Prepare executive/board-ready materials with comparative forecasts and dashboards.
