Job summary

O6 Environmental is seeking a highly analytical FP&A Manager to partner with the CFO and the executive team. This hands-on role requires strategic thinking and strong execution, building analyses from the ground up and translating financial data for non-financial stakeholders.

You will own company-wide financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development across four divisions, with collaboration across sales and operations to integrate multi-department insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and planning tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong business acumen connecting financial data to operations.
• Working knowledge of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver all company-wide financial analysis and reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate performance across divisions.
• Analyze revenue, margins, costs, and key metrics.
• Provide actionable insights to executives and lenders.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles with cross-functional input.
• Support strategic initiatives and M&A evaluations as needed.
