Job summary

Bluum Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, and to deliver meaningful financial insights.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives, build advanced financial models, and enhance reporting accuracy while shaping Bluum's financial future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 7+ years progressive FP&A/finance experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning experience.
• Proven ability to build sophisticated three-statement financial models.
• Leadership experience coaching or mentoring teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and executive presentations.
• Partner with business leaders to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and forecasting accuracy.
