Job summary

Burberry in New York seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to deliver FP&A for Americas Head Office and Supply Chain OPEX, including payroll, headcount, and Other COGS. You will provide accurate reporting and insightful analysis to support business decisions.

You will partner with HR, Accounting, and Operations to manage expenses, consolidate Americas gross margin, and communicate drivers and risks. The role emphasizes proactive issue resolution and process improvements through technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5+ years FP&A or related financial analysis experience.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP/ERP software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for Head Office OPEX, Vineland OPEX, and Other COGS.
• Lead monthly reviews with partners; analyze variances and drivers.
• Manage headcount and payroll with HR and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations, and Central Finance.
• Consolidate Americas gross margin and explain variances.
• Investigate discrepancies, quantify impacts, drive resolutions.
• Identify risks and opportunities; reflect in forecasts.
• Deliver actionable financial insights to influence decisions.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and drive alignment.
• Lead process improvements using technology with Central Finance.
• Support Finance Manager and Finance VP with analyses.
