Tiger Search Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a leading retail organization in New York. You will provide financial insights, build models, and deliver decision-support analyses to drive growth and profitability.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cross-functional analysis, partnering with senior leadership to identify opportunities and communicate findings clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial plans
• Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and presentations to support strategic initiatives
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions and provide recommendations to senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, track and analyze key performance indicators
• Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance
• Strong financial modeling, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial planning software
