Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years minimum of finance experience in a manufacturing and/or FP&A environment.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, graphs), PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical ability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with multiple business disciplines.
• Ability to network and forge relationships across functions and regions.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Oracle Fusion experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles with cross-functional leaders to develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Collaborate with accounting during month-end close and review financials for accuracy.
• Explain variances to forecast to cost center owners and provide variance analysis support.
• Utilize Power BI for reporting and variance analysis to strengthen reporting visuals.
• Prepare weekly/monthly updates on KPIs (efficiency, productivity, inflation, etc.).
• Support business case analysis including capital expenditures and NPD stage gate reviews.
• Improve current deliverables by evaluating reporting benefits, speed, and accuracy.
• Assist in consolidation FP&A deliverables for management reporting.
• Provide ongoing FP&A support for special projects and growth opportunities.
