Job summary

Doctronic in New York City is seeking an FP&A Manager to join the finance team. This high-ownership role sits at the intersection of FP&A and business operations, supporting the Director of Finance across financial controls, vendor management, and corporate administration.

You will build and run systems that keep Doctronic financially disciplined and operationally tight as we scale. The position is on-site in NYC with equity and health benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of finance/operations experience.
• 2 years in investment banking or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and process skills.
• Ability to work independently with bias to action.
• Attention to accuracy in reporting and contracts.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.
• Familiarity with Ramp or QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A & controls in budgeting and cash reporting.
• Own Ramp workflow and AP processes.
• Manage vendor procurement and renewal calendars.
• Support corporate admin tasks and HR coordination.
• Coordinate with legal on contracts.
• Oversee insurance applications and policy management.
