Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, finance, accounting, operations, or related function.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently across a broad range of responsibilities.
• Excellent communication across finance, legal, HR, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance rolling budget and forecasting processes for real-time visibility into performance.
• Prepare and analyze budget vs. actual reports, highlighting trends and drivers.
• Monitor weekly cash activity and support liquidity planning.
• Oversee end-to-end AP workflow, coding, approvals, and payment readiness.
• Streamline processes, improve controls, and reduce manual work.
• Support procurement and spend authorization processes and vendor contracts.
• Assist with reporting, compliance, tax support, and investor data.
• Handle corporate administration tasks including banking and entity docs.
