Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant finance/FP&A experience; retail preferred.
• Strong grasp of financial statements, gross margin, budgeting, forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly gross margin reporting and analysis with commentary on drivers and risks.
• Develop detailed COGS budget at store/division/product levels.
• Create quarterly gross margin projections and communicate outlook changes.
• Support close process by validating margin, inventory, COGS, and variances.
• Act as FP&A expert for margin definitions, calculations, and performance.
• Analyze Stock Ledger and its impact on inventory and margin.
• Prepare margin analysis for Board, senior leadership, and management audiences.
