Responsibilities

• Own enterprise‑wide FP&A planning, budgeting and reporting cadence.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with strategic commentary.
• Translate results into guidance for growth initiatives and ROI.
• Serve as trusted adviser to executive committee with board packages.
• Drive cross‑functional financial partnership across departments.
• Govern capital planning and ROI evaluation framework.
• Spearhead new planning/reporting platform adoption.
