Job summary

ConnectWise is seeking an FP&A Manager to own the Workday Adaptive Planning environment and lead company-wide headcount forecasting. You will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to deliver accurate plans and insightful reporting.

The role combines system administration with strategic forecasting and budgeting responsibilities. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Workday Adaptive Planning administration, strong Excel skills, and experience in a SaaS or PE-backed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including headcount forecasting.
• 3+ years of Workday Adaptive Planning administration and model-building.
• Experience with Adaptive Planning reporting tools and OfficeConnect.
• Workday Adaptive Planning Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday Adaptive Planning as primary administrator.
• Own model architecture, versions, sheets, formulas.
• Lead headcount planning and forecasting by dept, location, function.
• Forecast personnel costs including salary, bonuses, taxes, benefits.
• Provide training and support for FP&A users and budget owners.
