Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is hiring a Finance Specialist in FP&A to drive planning, forecasting and performance analysis for a Texas manufacturing facility. You will convert operational data into insights to support decision-making and profitable growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in FP&A or accounting, with strong Excel skills and ERP experience. Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX is preferred; CPA/CMA/MBA are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A or accounting experience.
• CPA, CMA or MBA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads monthly forecast, AOP and long-range planning cycles for the site.
• Performs month-end close activities, including accruals and journal entries.
• Analyzes actual vs. plan/forecast and explains variances in cost and productivity.
• Builds and maintains financial models, dashboards and reporting for site leadership.
• Tracks KPIs such as conversion cost, labor efficiency, inventory and headcount.
