Job summary

Hanwha Convergence is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager (Corporate Planning) in Georgetown, TX to lead budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across the organization. You will partner with business leaders and HQ in Korea to drive data‑driven decisions, deliver consolidated financial plans, and ensure accurate reporting and KPI management in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analysis.
Understanding of financial statements and variance analysis.
Experience partnering with business leaders and HQ to drive decisions.
GAAP knowledge and ability to prepare executive reports.

Responsibilities

Lead the annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and outlook process across units.
Develop consolidated financial outlooks and forecasts with unit assumptions.
Partner with leaders to set financial targets and manage risks and opportunities.
Monitor budget execution and coordinate actions for overruns.
Prepare executive-level reports and coordinate with Korean HQ and stakeholders.
