Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A or related analytical experience.
• Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills.
• Ability to partner with business leaders to influence decisions.
• Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audiences.
• Advanced Excel and experience with Oracle, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive.
• Experience creating dashboards or automated reporting with Power BI or Tableau.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary FP&A partner supporting quarterly and annual budgeting, focusing on revenue, SG&A, backlog, and bookings forecasting.
• Develop understanding of business drivers and translate financial results into actionable insights for leaders.
• Support financial reviews with leaders, identifying variances and trends.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses for revenue growth, gross margin, backlog, and project performance.
• Develop and deliver automated dashboards and recurring performance reporting for leaders.
• Drive continuous improvement across FP&A through better processes and analytics.
