Hearst Television in New York City is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join the Corporate Finance team. The role supports month-end close, financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis across HTV's Distribution and Streaming businesses, partnering with finance leadership and operational leaders to drive accurate forecasts and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related analytical field.
• 5–10+ years FP&A or financial analysis in a corporate environment.
• Experience with subscription-based, digital, streaming, or recurring revenue models.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with AI-powered planning, forecasting, and analysis tools.
• Experience developing and maintaining BI, dashboards, and data visualization.
• Hands-on with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and monthly reporting processes for HTV's Distribution and Streaming business.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, reporting tools, and BI solutions.
• Support automation initiatives, reporting enhancements, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Prepare executive-level financial presentations highlighting performance and trends.
• Lead quarterly business reviews, annual budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Manage ad hoc analytics projects delivering actionable insights.
• Support M&A and due diligence, valuation analysis, and transaction support.
• Develop and implement financial and operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate data and timely reporting.
• Own projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
