Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead a finance team and partner with operating divisions on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive informed business decisions. You'll integrate operational metrics with financial goals, advise senior leadership on strategic initiatives, and support long-term planning.

A bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience are typical; Workday and Adaptive Planning are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance team and serve as a trusted partner to operating divisions.
• Develop and communicate annual operating budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Integrate operational metrics and analytics into financial goals.
• Advise senior management on financial implications of initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance to align long-term OPEX with pricing.
