Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel is seeking a Business Analyst in Bossier City to gather and analyze data from multiple sources, develop reports and visuals, and provide analytics across financial and operational processes.

You will build reporting on forecasting, staffing, budgeting, costs, revenue, and marketing programs, collaborating closely with internal customers and management teams. Strong Excel and SQL skills are essential, with familiarity in EDW-based reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and other advanced calculations/functions.
• Knowledge of database layouts including table structures, joins, and relationships.
• Experience with reporting/analytics tools such as Tableau and Teradata is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data from various databases and sources.
• Develop reports and visual representations of financial/operational data.
• Provide analytics on forecasting, budgeting, costs, revenue, and marketing programs.
• Support reporting for marketing promotions and events, and assist with budgeting processes.
• Re-create and enhance reporting using EDW as a data source.
• Assist with industry and regional competitive intelligence and strategic planning.
