Job summary

Pax8 is seeking a Manager of FP&A in the United States with remote work opportunities. You will partner with executives to shape financial strategy, drive planning, and accelerate performance across a fast-growing AI-powered technology marketplace.

You will build a scalable, data-driven finance function, develop models and scenarios, and lead planning and forecasting while collaborating across teams to deliver insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with leaders in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proven financial modeling experience supporting strategic decisions.
• Experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to turn strategic priorities into actionable financial plans, forecasts, and recommendations.
• Lead annual planning cycles and quarterly forecasting processes, prioritizing investments and resources.
• Deliver reporting and insights to help leaders understand performance, opportunities, and risks.
• Support executive performance management through KPI reporting and financial analysis.
• Collaborate across Finance, Accounting, People, Data, Strategy & Operations to improve planning discipline.
• Develop models, business cases, and scenario analyses to evaluate trade-offs and guide resource allocation.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting and leverage AI-enabled tools.
• Simplify complex financial information into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
• Contribute to the evolution of a modern, scalable FP&A function for long-term growth.
