Job summary

NetJets is seeking an FP&A Manager, Product Development & Implementation to lead the creation and execution of new products, pricing initiatives, and related inventory planning. You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure successful launches and accurate capacity forecasting, while presenting actionable insights to senior leadership.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years of FP&A experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in FP&A or product/financial management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communicational skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and presenting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, evaluation, and implementation of new products, programs and pricing.
• Own inventory capacity planning and evaluate demand and fleet constraints.
• Manage product launches and cross-functional implementation plans.
• Perform business, financial, and market analysis to support decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Legal, Marketing, Finance to define requirements and metrics.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations for executive leadership.
• Identify process improvements for governance and stakeholder experience.
