Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 6–8 years of experience in FP&A or product finance roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and product launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, evaluation, and implementation of new products and pricing initiatives.
• Own product-related inventory capacity planning and demand forecasting.
• Manage product launches and cross-functional initiatives with stakeholders.
• Perform business, operational, financial, and market analyses to support recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance to define requirements and metrics.
• Prepare analyses and updates for executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements for governance and scalability.
