Bottomline Technologies in the United States is seeking an FP&A Manager for Paymode to partner with finance and product teams, providing analysis of revenue performance, pricing dynamics, and operational efficiency, and guiding strategic investments in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment.

You will build financial models, forecast and budget, and deliver executive narratives for leadership, with emphasis on profitability, customer adoption, and margin trends.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years FP&A experience in SaaS/fintech.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• MBA/CPA/CFA preferred but not required.
• Experience with SaaS metrics, ARR, MRR, growth.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint for exec presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for Paymode.
• Analyze Paymode-driven revenue, volume, pricing, and margin trends.
• Partner with leaders to deliver financial insights for growth and efficiency.
• Build complex models for revenue, expenses, investments, and initiatives.
• Develop ROI analyses, business cases, and scenario planning for product investments.
• Monitor monthly close, forecasts, KPI dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Translate data into concise financial narratives for leadership.
• Drive reporting and forecasting discipline and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, CS, Operations, Accounting, BI/Data teams.
