Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an FP&A Manager for an insurance brokerage in Boston. This hybrid role offers high-impact budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and revenue analysis across brokerage operations.

You will partner with senior leaders to evaluate profitability, create financial models, and drive reporting for strategic and operational decisions with significant autonomy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience.
• Strong understanding of insurance brokerage revenue models and drivers.
• Advanced budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis skills.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive; private equity experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; accounting background with FP&A transition desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and financial modeling across insurance brokerage operations
• Analyze brokerage revenue, financial performance, variances, and key business drivers
• Develop financial models and reporting tools to support strategic and operational decision-making

Salary: Up to $150,000 + 15% bonus

• Advanced budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis skills
• Advanced Excel and financial planning systems experience; Workday Adaptive and private equity experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; accounting background with a transition into FP&A highly desirable
