Responsibilities

• Lead audit preparation and serve as primary contact for external auditors.
• Own the External Audit-to-Interpersonal Skills handoff to avoid reporting delays.
• Process payroll, expense reports, and vendor payments accurately.
• Build the Journal Entries model to automate the manual workbook.
• Streamline month-end close to shorten reporting turnaround.
• Oversee full-time payroll run from gross calc to tax deposit filing.
• Reconcile benefits invoices against enrollment line by line.
• Review contracts and invoices for accuracy before payment release.
