Attentive is seeking an FP&A Manager, G&A, to own budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and performance reviews for the G&A functions. You’ll partner with senior leaders, build financial models, and drive informed investment decisions in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams across Finance, People, Legal, and Operations, leveraging tools like Anaplan, NetSuite, Snowflake, Looker, Salesforce, and AI-driven workflows to enable scalable planning

Qualifications

4+ years of progressive FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, strategy consulting, private equity, or business operations.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field preferred.
Strong business judgment and curiosity about how customer behavior and market trends influence revenue performance.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across Finance, GTM, Data/BI, Accounting, and senior leaders.
Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint or Google Slides with executive-ready narratives.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with scalable, auditable financial models.
Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, usage-based, or subscription business is preferred but not required.
Experience with Snowflake, Looker (or BI tools), Anaplan, Salesforce, and AI tools is a plus.
Thrives in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary FP&A partner to Finance, People, Legal, Facilities, and Operations leaders.
Own annual budgeting and rolling forecasting for G&A, including headcount, Opex, and KPIs.
Lead monthly business reviews with G&A leaders, analyzing variance and drivers to identify risks and opportunities.
Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate investments in headcount, software, and initiatives.
Own headcount planning and capacity models, translating hiring plans into financial impact.
Define and maintain operational KPIs and communicate performance drivers to leadership.
Collaborate with Finance, People, Legal, Facilities, Operations, and Accounting to align plans with priorities.
Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate monthly reporting and variance insights.
Continuously improve FP&A processes, systems, and tooling (Anaplan, NetSuite, Excel, AI tools).
Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior leaders.
