Job summary

Milestone, a fast-growing professional services firm providing outsourced accounting and HR services, is seeking a seasoned FP&A/Accounting leader to drive client engagements from planning through delivery while managing teams, timelines, and budgets. This role supports clients nationwide from a flexible remote-first environment.

You will build and maintain client forecasts, 13-week cash flows, and KPI reporting in Google Sheets, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 6+ years of FP&A or accounting experience.
• Strong Excel, Google Sheets, and project management skills with leadership experience.
