Qualifications

• 4-7 years in FP&A or corporate finance with ownership of budgeting.
• Experience in growth equity or private equity environments.
• Fluency with recurring revenue metrics like ARR and MRR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ARC's annual budget and planning processes.
• Collaborate with CEO and CFO on strategic growth opportunities.
• Prepare financial analyses for executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and report key operational and financial performance indicators.
