Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Fort Lauderdale, FL, seeks an FP&A Manager to own the financial model and 13-week cash flow forecast. You will run what-if analyses directly for the CFO and board, and within six months take full ownership of the model with automation of actuals loading.

The role offers direct visibility to leadership, a lean team, and the chance to leverage AI tools like Claude in daily workflows. 4–7 years FP&A experience with advanced Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of FP&A experience with a finance degree.
• Advanced Excel with multi-tab model expertise.
• Strong business acumen and ability to explain numbers.
• A self-starter who closes gaps without prompting.
• NetSuite and Power BI experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the core financial model and 13-week cash flow forecast.
• Run what-if scenarios that inform CFO and board decisions.
• Take ownership of the model within six months with minimal oversight, including automation of how actuals load.
