Job summary

Magna Legal Services seeks an experienced FP&A Manager to join our Finance team and lead planning, forecasting, and reporting across multiple entities. You will implement NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, standardize data definitions, and partner with data engineering to ensure clean, reliable information for business decisions.

The role requires five+ years in FP&A, strong SQL and ERP experience, and leadership capabilities to build a finance business partnering function in a PE-backed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• At least five years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and the ability to query source data directly.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite Planning & Budgeting and ERP systems.
• Strong Excel modeling and data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget process and recurring reforecast cycle, including the calendar and templates.
• Extend planning, forecasting, and reporting below the consolidated level to business units, sales channels, and support functions.
• Partner with Leaders to provide analysis for informed operating and growth decisions.
• Ensure FP&A reporting reconciles to the closed books and uses agreed definitions.
• Produce monthly and quarterly management reporting packages with variance analysis.
• Define and maintain KPIs and lead ad hoc analyses and special projects.
• Build and lead a team of analysts as the function grows.
