Job summary

UpEquity is seeking a dedicated Manager, FP&A to help build our finance function from the ground up. This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to shape financial planning and strategic decision making.

You'll drive CFO workstreams, update monthly financials, budgeting, bookkeeping, and build out financial projection models while partnering with the CEO and other executives. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in FP&A, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, autonomous mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive projects to completion.
• Proven ability to present insights to executives and drive strategic decisions.
• Willingness to learn about the real estate/mortgage industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive CFO-related workstreams, including updating monthly financials, budgeting, bookkeeping, and building out financial projection models.
• Perform customer-level data analysis (e.g., cohort analyses, unit economics, etc.).
• Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to research, plan, and execute on new initiatives and special projects.
