A dynamic private equity-backed company is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to partner closely with the CFO and COO. This role requires a finance professional skilled in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing dashboards using Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a CPA or MBA and 5-7 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, Big 4 public accounting, investment banking, or private equity finance.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills are essential.
• Polished presentation skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop dynamic, driver‑based financial models.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning efforts.
• Build and enhance board presentation materials and reporting packages.
• Implement and optimize Power BI dashboards and automation initiatives.
• Conduct cash flow forecasting and variance analysis.
• Partner cross‑functionally with business leaders for financial decisions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes.
• Contribute to strategic planning and investment analysis.
