LHH in Phoenix is hiring an FP&A Manager for a hands-on, automation-focused finance transformation. The role grows from onsite training to a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 remote) and involves leading AI-enabled initiatives and enhanced reporting.

The ideal candidate has strong FP&A experience, leadership potential, and a track record of automating processes and improving analytics. Will collaborate with business leaders to drive efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Strong FP&A, finance, analytics, or operational finance experience.
• Demonstrated experience with automation, AI, or finance process transformation.
• Proven ability to identify efficiencies and improve financial processes and workflows.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with complex datasets.
• Experience leading projects or initiatives through implementation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence change across departments and levels of an organization.
• Comfortable operating as both a strategic partner and hands-on contributor.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance automation, AI, and process improvement initiatives.
• Identify manual or inefficient workflows and develop scalable solutions.
• Leverage technology to improve financial planning, reporting, analytics, and decision-making.
• Automate recurring reporting and reduce manual data preparation.
• Improve KPI reporting, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Connect financial and operational data to create more efficient reporting processes.
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools and other emerging technologies within Finance.
• Enhance budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and profitability analysis.
• Partner with business leaders to identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements.
• Lead strategic finance projects from concept through implementation and adoption.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop team members as leadership responsibilities expand.
