Aston Carter is seeking a contractual Financial Partner focused on clinical outsourcing spend in the South San Francisco area. You will own accruals, manage vendor invoices, forecast program costs, and support long-range budgeting across development portfolios.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with FP&A, Accounting, and Finance organizations.
• Deep knowledge of outsourced clinical trial operations and vendor management.
• Advanced Excel skills including forecasting and scenario analysis.

Description

Serve as the primary business partner for clinical outsourcing spend across the development portfolio. Act as the subject matter expert for clinical accruals, vendor invoice management, program cost forecasting, and long-range budget planning. Partner with Clinical Operations, Contracts & Outsourcing, FP&A, Accounting, and external vendors to ensure accurate forecasting, accrual reporting, invoice reconciliation, and financial oversight throughout the clinical study lifecycle.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of South San Francisco, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120.00 - $120.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
