Job Description:
  • Financial Planning & Strategy: Lead the end-to-end annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, utilizing complex financial modeling and scenario planning to drive strategic decision-making and business agility.
  • Performance Reporting & Insights: Oversee monthly and quarterly reporting packages, providing deep-dive variance analysis and actionable commentary for the Board and executive leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & M&A: Partner with department heads and data engineering to streamline reporting processes while managing the financial consolidation and integration of new acquisitions.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop direct reports, ensuring the accuracy of financial deliverables while fostering a culture of continuous process improvement and data visibility.
