100% Remote

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in month-end close activities, including accruals for both OPEX and CAPEX, ensuring accurate completion and analysis.
• Run and analyze month-end reports to support financial reporting and performance insights.
• Report on actuals vs. forecast, annual operating plan (AOP), and prior year, identifying key variances and drivers.
• Prepare executive summaries and board-level presentations detailing forecast performance, actuals, and variance analysis.
• Partner cross-functionally to update monthly non-personnel OPEX forecasts, managing P&L risks and opportunities.
• Generate OPEX-to-cash flow conversion reports to support Treasury forecasting and liquidity planning.

Must Have:

• Monthly forecasting expertise.
• Assisting AOP.
• Forecasting, budgeting & AOP planning.
• Help Approve PO requests and compare it with AOP.

Nice to Have:

• Adaptive - Aptio (IBM Program)
• 2nd option - NetSuite or Hyperion
• Any other financial forecasting software if not Adaptive or Aptio
