Molex is seeking a highly motivated Segment Finance Lead to partner with business leadership and support the growth, profitability, and long-term success of a strategic global business. In this role, you will provide financial insight and guidance through forecasting, planning, profitability analysis, and performance reviews while helping leaders make informed business decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities, drive continuous improvement, and support strategic initiatives. This position offers significant visibility to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence key decisions that drive business performance.

You will support a strategic business within Molex's Copper Solutions Business Unit (CSBU), which helps enable the next generation of AI, cloud, enterprise, and networking infrastructure. As demand for high-speed connectivity continues to accelerate, this business plays an important role in delivering innovative solutions to many of the world's leading technology companies. Working closely with leaders across product management, engineering, operations, and finance, you will help shape business strategy, evaluate growth opportunities, and drive performance through data-driven decision-making. What You Will Do

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Progressive experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, operations finance, or business partnering roles.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with complex data.

For this role, we anticipate paying $110,000 - $140,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
