Job summary

Synergy Search is seeking a Finance Manager (FP&A) for a fast-growing, PE-backed healthcare company in Nashville. You will own the corporate FP&A partnership for IT, marketing, HR and operations, with direct visibility to senior leadership from day one.

This build-it role requires a self-starter who can translate numbers into actionable decisions for non-finance stakeholders. You'll help shape how the finance function gets built, participate in an ERP implementation, and thrive in a high-trust,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance with business partnering exposure.
• Advanced Excel required; Power BI, Sage, or Velixo a plus.
• Translate numbers into actionable decisions for non-finance stakeholders.
• Self-starter who thrives when the playbook isn't written yet.
• Healthcare or multi-site experience helpful but not required.
• Hunger is non-negotiable; team moves fast.

A fast-growing, PE-backed healthcare company is adding a Finance Manager to its corporate FP&A team. This is a build-it role, not a maintain-it role.

You'll own the finance partnership for corporate functions - IT, marketing, HR, operations - and have direct visibility to senior leadership from day one.
