TJX Companies is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in Framingham, MA to drive short- and long-term financial strategies for Store Operations. You will lead cross-functional efforts, coordinate with Zone teams, and deliver insights that optimize payroll, productivity, and profitability across the business.

The role requires a strong foundation in accounting/finance, 5+ years of experience, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in finance/accounting roles.
• Experience leading a team.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with large decentralized field organizations and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and operational analysis to senior management.
• Plan, forecast, and manage Store Operations payroll budget ($3.5B).
• Identify profit and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Develop reporting and performance metrics for payroll and labor productivity.
• Partner with Zone leadership to balance customer experience and payroll efficiency.
